OVERVIEW

We're in our twenties, toddling steps on our journey to adulthood. Amidst the confusion of adulthood, you and I often chase things that are called "standards of life" and forget about our true values.

Một Tách Yêu Thương (A Cup of Love) was born with the desire to spread positive energy to young people, so that we can overcome difficulties together, as well as love and appreciate ourselves much more.

"Một tách" can be understood as "a cup" - a measurement unit in cooking. We want to bring a little sweetness of love into your life. Also, we are really happy if you can consider "Một Tách Yêu Thương" as "a cup of tea" to relax, relieve the pressures of daily life and come here as a place to be loved and comforted.

The project gained a lot of attention from young people, with 1500 followers on the Một Tách Yêu Thương fanpage. The online talkshow event featuring speaker Nguyen Thu Huong (Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy Certified Meditation Instructor, who has experience in therapy, healing, and self-coordination) attracted up to 1700 views.
