Safe Chill - Save Sex Save Lives

Safe Chill is a project on safe sex in school, which is designed to raise awareness among young people about issues related to gender and sex.

OVERVIEW

Safe Chill is inspired by a popular slang term "Netflix and Chill", which means to watch Netflix with a romantic prospect, with the eventual expectation of sexual activity . "Chill" is understood as an action related to sex. Safe Chill therefore refers to "Safe Sex".

The slogan "Save Sex Save Lives" can be understood as "Safe sex, save thousands of lives" ("Tình dục an toàn, cứu ngàn mạng sống" in Vietnamese). The Safe Chill project is designed to equip young people with necessary knowledge about sex, especially high school students and undergraduates. At the same time, we also want society to be more open-minded about this issue, thereby minimizing unfortunate consequences of risky sexual behaviors.

In 3 months of operation, Safe Chill gained a lot of attention from the youth. The project achieved remarkable success.

• Build event agenda

• Make a project checklist and estimated expenses

• Assign and coordinate event logistics

> Achievement

• 264 Facebook event responses, including 67 participants and 197 interest

• 150 registrations to the event through the registration form

• 60 people attended the event

2. MEMBER OF SOCIAL DEPARTMENT

> Tasks

• Participate in the process of making project concept

• Brainstorm and execute contents on fanpage

• Content seeding in Facebook groups

• Participate in idea creating process and support to make viral videos and photo album
